We deliver to Funeral Service Locations and Office/Residential Addresses in the Sydney Metropolitan region. The ability to purchase flowers is only made available on recently created memorials that are located within this region. If there are any issues with making your delivery we will be in touch to discuss alternative options for your bouquet. Please contact us for more information

What is the countdown?

In the top right corner there will be one a countdown timer indicating how much longer you have to place an order. Funeral Service orders need to be placed before the countdown expires. However, the option to send flower bouquets to Office/Residential Addresses is always available.

How will I know if my flowers have been delivered?

The courier will take a photo (optional) and send an email upon delivering your flowers.

What if I need to change the delivery address?

As long as you amend the details of your order before the delivery day, we will be able to accommodate the change. For same day issues, contact us

What if I accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address?

HeavenAddress will be able to correct the delivery address as long as you contact our Customer Service Team before the delivery date. For same day delivery corrections, please contact our Customer Service Team and this will be handled on a case by case basis.

Who will receive the delivery at the Funeral Service Location?

HeavenAddress has partnerships with all the Funeral Directors and Memorial Parks listed on our website and we will make the necessary bouquets with them to receive and display all the flowers purchased for the memorial service.

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries to funeral service locations will occur 1.5 hours before the service begins. This will allow staff sufficient time to properly display them at the service.

For Office/Residential Addresses we can make the delivery on the date you choose or for same day deliveries in the Sydney Metropolitan Region, orders just need to be placed before 2pm AEST.

What if no one is there upon delivery?

The proper bouquets will be made prior to Funeral Service Location deliveries. In most cases for Office/Residential Deliveries, the courier will find a suitable place to leave the flowers. Only if the courier thinks it is unsafe to leave the flowers at the nominated address, will they leave a calling card and return them to the dispatch center. As a complimentary service, we provide the first re-delivery free of charge, but subsequent re-deliveries cost $10 AUD.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

How much does delivery cost?

Our standard delivery service in the Sydney Metropolitan Region is $10 AUD per order. Multiple bouquets can be chosen and if they’re all in the same order it will only cost $10 AUD to deliver them all.
