All cancellations will incur a $5 administration fee. As long as you cancel before the delivery date we will be happy to process the cancellation and issue a refund minus the administration fee.

For same day cancellation, please contact our Customer Service Team and they will be handled on a case to case basis. Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled 6 hours before delivery.

As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. For that reason, we ask that you please contact our Customer Service Department within three (3) days of delivery date to discuss any queries or concerns you may have in relation to your flowers sent or received. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation. This does not apply to flowers delivered to a cemetery or burial location that is exposed to extreme elements.
