WHITFIELD: Shirley Allison.Peacefully after a short illness at Kowhainui Rest Home on Friday May 12, 2017 aged 83 years.Much loved wife of the late Gordon.Loved and cherished Mum of Steve and Nicky (Wellington), Leonie and Brian Papworth, Brenda and Alan Perfect, and Christine and Brian Lewis (Melbourne).Treasured Nana and Old Nana to her 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice Wanganui would be greatly appreciated and can be left in the Chapel Foyer.Friends are invited to attend a celebration of Shirley's life in the Forrest Lawn Chapel, 208 Guyton Street, Wanganui on Tuesday 16th May 2017 at 11.00am to be followed by private cremation.Dempsey&ForrestLocally Owned
