Dear Betty, It is with deep sadness Judith and Myself, learnt of Peter's passing. As a young man both Yourself and Peter were a large part of my life, especially in the Pigeon World and get-togethers etc. We send our deepest sympathies to you and your families, and wish you well for the future. To my cousin Peter, I enjoyed his company at the Marlborough Poultry Show for many years at the Blenheim show.

Peter was one of life’s great characters. I’ve known the family all my life. His younger brother Donald was my closest friend and his father had probably the best sense of humour I have ever encountered. Peter embraced all of these attributes and I will miss his very funny phone calls. Rest In Peace.

Silent tears that fall no one
sees.
For that kind loving Grandad
that,
Meant the world to me!

You always had that smile,
and that cheeky grin.

And though's little
Saying

''Have you had a beer''
Or
''Spoke to your girlfriend
she seems nice''

Such happy memories,
You have left behind

love you so much Grandad Pete
RIP
