Peta, the world is much less without you in it. An amazing woman with a beautiful soul to match. Warrior, Leader, Motivator, Kind, Beautiful, Starlight. I hope you knew how wonderful you were, and how very much you were loved, admired & respected. May you rest in peace. xxx

A beautiful lady who touch the hearts of all who knew her. Peta was a kind, generous, caring, thoughtful person who loved life and was a gift to all who knew her. Peta's drive for quality outcomes for children and an advocacy for educators will live on in the hearts and minds of all those she touched. Peta was a mentor and someone I looked up to over the 18 years of knowing her. Peta personally helped me with my journey of being a quality Educator and I am so glad I got to tell her this a few months ago. Peta will be missed but thought of with a smile and a warm heart. May Peta's legacy of being an advocate for Family Day Care live on forever. Sending my love and strength to her family, friends and work colleagues today. R.I.P Peta. Love the Brock Family xxx

My dear friend Peta, a woman that was so generous, kind, thoughtful, caring, funny, optimistic, loving and congruent in her thoughts, outcomes and aspirations for the good of others especially children. Peta leaves behind a legacy of as one the greatest advocacies for children within the family day care sector not only here in QLD but Australia wide, truly inspirational and all her family, friends and colleagues alike are so very proud of her, love her and will miss Peta dearly. I'm thankful and blessed to have had the wonderful experience of knowing and sharing my life with such a wonderful woman as Peta for the last 14 years, she always knew how to bring the best out in me.. She was not only my dear friend, a friend also to my husband Shane & our son Mackenzie and we will miss her greatly. Those happy and fun memories we shared together will be with us and in our hearts forever Our love and condolences we share with Dawn, Teresa, Sharon, Ann & all their family members. Peta, a beautiful and generous woman gone too soon. 8 years ago I meet a truly inspiring, creative, leader, mentor and funny woman that inspired me to be the best version of myself.
Peta, always shared her big picture and ideas to ensure every child had equal opportunity to a wonderful childhood. The advocacy role Peta played within the FDC sector will never be forgotten and Peta's passion will be sorely missed.
Peta, always saw the best in all people and always was so generous in her time for others to share their story.
I will be forever grateful for all the wisdom, encouragement and memories that we shared. My life has been forever richer since meeting you Peta.
Thank you Peta for always being there in times of need and also helping me celebrate my biggest achievements.
Peta, I will truly miss you but you will always be in my heart.
May you rest in peace my friend.

I remember Peta and Kym with Louise and I at the ‘Get it Together’ conference and having more than one laugh, we felt relaxed immediately and felt we were in the company of ‘real people’. My thoughts are with Peta’s Family. The photo below is us all together Esme, Linda, Kym and Peta

Peta inspired all in family day care including myself, she was an advocate for all of us!!! Let's all take a leaf out of Peta's passion and keep on fighting for the industry. Always believed in, loved dearly and missed sadly, let's never forget. Love and prayers to family and friends
