Mr Herrick,
You were a kind, loving, caring and just wonderful individual. When walking into class and seeing your face sitting there you knew it was going to be a great day! Always politely saying “Thanks” or “Thankyou” as each student said “here” during role call. It’s memories such as that, they make me smile and bring back many other memories of seeing you around the school grounds. You truly made an impact on everyone’s life throughout their education at CCC. You will be truly missed but never forgotten. Love even though after all these years you still have that same cheeky grin in your school photo RIP Mr Herrick! We will see you again one day, until then keep smiling and know you were truly loved by all your students, family and friends.

Mr Herrick, even though I never had the opportunity to personally have you as a teacher, just know that you were well loved by what I'm sure, is everyone that ever had the pleasure of knowing you, myself included. In my time spent at CCC, I don't think I've met a more gentle, kind and caring soul as yours. You were always happy and carefree, laughing and smiling to anyone you passed, giving a quick wave as you walked by, or even stopping to have a chat. Even though I graduated in 2005, I've heard stories along the way from others after me, who also had the pleasure of knowing you, and they only had good things to say. The fondest memory I have of you is at our yr 12 formal, breaking out in dance with all of us girls on the dance floor, and I will cherish that memory forever. Thank you for providing me the opportunity to have known your wonderful self, and may your beautiful soul keep looking down on everyone from the clouds above. RIP Mr Herrick
