To Irene and family, sincere condolences from myself and Sarah, we were disappointed we were away and could not attend Kens funeral. He was a lovely, kind and generous man and would always have nice things to say about my late father (his cousin) whenever I saw him. I remember when I got my amateur radio licence, out of the blue he generously offered advice and lent me gear to get me on the air even though our paths had crossed infrequently.
RIP Ken.

To Irene and family
Kathleen and I have very fond memories of you and Ken and the way you opened your homes in Wainuiomata, Waiterere and Masterton to our very special group of friends. Ken will now be catching up with Algie, Charlie, Sags and Vance. They'll be having some great chats! The work that the two of you put into our times in Taupo will always be with us. We've had some great times with you.

Sincere condolences to all family and friends on your sad loss.
Be strong during this time.
ZL2JTL has been fortunate to have known Ken as a mason and as a ham who is now in the GLA and a SK. A great man who has had many adventures in his lifetime and has introduced a great family. RIP Ken.

Rest well Ken. You have been a mentor to many and a great mate to us all.
To your family, we are all saddened by the loss of our fellow mason. We hope that time will be able to heal the immense void left by his passing.
