I'm so sorry. Bryce and I were born 3 days apart. My b day is October 6, but 20 years prior. I totally understand what he was up against. I nearly didn't make it. What a beautiful person, and that can be seen in his smile and eyes. Love to your family. May Bryce have peace.

I was devastated to hear of Bryce's death today. Wishing much healing for his family and loved ones. I've had Lyme since being bitten by ticks in Northern NSW in 1998 so I really empathise with the pain and hopelessness he must have felt. May we see recognition & better treatment research of Borreliosis & co-infections in Australia right now, not later. May your soul rest in peace Bryce

So tragically sad. Our condolences to the family. My husband has recently been diagnosed after suffering for 6 years and getting 1 misdiagnosis after another. The government need to be held accountable for all the lives they have ruined by ignoring this dreadful disease and all that it inflicts. Our hearts and thoughts are with the family.

RIP Bryce. My 24 year old son suffers from Lyme. He has been told for 6 yrs it's all in his head. He's had to sell his surf boards and is bed ridden from pain. Awareness is needed.

  • Peninah Ann: It is with a heavy heart that I hear of Bryce's passing. May God hold each person's heart that loved him, and give Peace through Jesus, the Son of God and Savior. It is a very difficult situation for anyone who is diagnosed with Lyme disease.

A genuine person, a gentle strong active young man. Although it's been a few years, a chance meeting in Scarborough meant I heard about Bryces love of body boarding and his passion for the Ocean. Memories of coaching Bryce athletics at St Johns. Rest in peace Bryce. Marinoni Family

  • Kelly : Prayers for you from a mother of a young man with chronic Lyme. My son had to sell his surfboards- his passion. Abused and neglected by doctors for years. This has to stop.
