heavenaddress offers a social networking service of virtual heaven for lost family curators, friends, pets and other loved ones that allows you to find and connect with friends, family and the people around you and share each other's virtual heaven. Any personal information that you provide under heavenaddress's services provided through its network of websites - www.heavenaddress.com, (the Websites) may be collected, used, disclosed and handled by heavenaddress in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

In most cases, such information will be retained so that, for example, you can return to view past messages you have sent or easily see your list of friends.
• When you post User Content (as that term is defined in heavenaddress's Terms of Use) on the Websites, you do so at your own risk. While heavenaddress provides security options that allow you to limit access to your profile pages, we cannot and do not guarantee that such User Content will not be viewed by unauthorised persons. heavenaddress is also not responsible for the circumvention of any security setting or measures contained on the Websites. You acknowledge and agree that copies of User Content may remain viewable in cached and archived webpages or if other users of the Websites have copied or stored your User Content.

Invitations to Non-curators

You may invite friends to join heavenaddress by sending invitation emails through our automated invitation system. heavenaddress will send your friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the Websites.

If you choose to send an invitation email, you acknowledge and agree that heavenaddress will store information needed to send the invitation (such as your friend's email address), to register your friend if they accept your invitation, and to track the success of the referral program. Recipients of invitation emails may contact heavenaddress at feedback@heavenaddress.com to request removal of their information from our databases.

Use and Disclosure of your Information

heavenaddress holds, uses and may disclose personal information primarily for the purpose of providing our Services to you. We will not disclose any information about you without your permission unless:

• we receive a bona fide request from an appropriate government or regulatory body or agency;
• we believe it is necessary in order to offer you the Services;

We will not share your personal information with any non-affiliated third party or allow a non-affiliated third party to promote its products and services directly to you without your express consent.

Notwithstanding anything in this Privacy Policy, heavenaddress reserves the right to transfer your personal information to a successor that acquires rights to such information as a result of the sale of heavenaddress, a material change in control of heavenaddress or the sale of substantially all of its assets to that successor.  

heavenaddress will take reasonable steps to safeguard any personal information that we hold about you. Your personal information is stored on secure servers that are protected in controlled facilities.

Our employees and contractors will only have such access as is required for them to perform their duties. However, you acknowledge and agree that heavenaddress will not be responsible for any unauthorised access to your personal information.

In addition, your information and curator details are protected by a password that has been selected by you. It is your responsibility to keep this password confidential and to immediately notify us if there is any unauthorised use of your account by any other person.

As a curator of heavenaddress, you may access, modify, delete and/or update your profile information at any time by logging into your account. However, where you use the messaging facilities or other communication features on the Websites to connect with other curators of heavenaddress, those communications cannot generally be deleted.

heavenaddress may retain backup copies of any information that you delete for a reasonable period of time, however, this information will not be generally available to other users of the Websites.

Links

The Websites may contain links to other websites. You acknowledge and agree that these websites are not under the control of heavenaddress and that heavenaddress is not responsible for the privacy practices of websites linked to our network.

When linking to another website, you should read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of that website before disclosing any personal information. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by heavenaddress.    

Third Party Advertising

You acknowledge that third party advertisers may present advertisements on the Websites and/or set and access cookies on your computer. heavenaddress does not have access to or control over the cookies that may be placed by third party advertisers.
