When you join, you must carefully select the access key to heavenaddress and this access key cannot be changed once you join to become a Curator. Hence, choosing an address/name that carefully signify your family heritage and traditions is strongly recommended.

Upon joining you will become a Curator, and your profile is displayed as below.
Your Curator's details such as address, contact details, date of birth etc are used by heavenaddress for administration only and will not be disclosed to other Curators.

Click Modify My Profile to change the privacy setting.

Only Explicit permitted by you, can other curators view your heaven space. |

Only Explicit permitted by you or your friends, can other curators view your heaven space |

Any curators can view your heaven space. |

Your address @heaven provide you with a hosting place known as heaven space. This space allows you to store multiple articles resembling collection of information of your lost loved ones. These articles can be in the form of text and images comprised to form a precise memory book that can be preserved as family history, or can be in the form of multimedia articles in the form a photo/music/video album. If available, posted funeral notices and tributes/memorials received are stored in this heaven space.

- Select Add Notice Option and you may choose to complete one or all of the notice that comprises of Obituary Message, Funeral Services and Interment details.
- The only information that is mandatory for the funeral notice are Name of Deceased, Date of Birth and Date of Deceased. Any other information can be completed as they become available over time.
- The Setting option of the funeral notice provides many options for your choosing. For instance, you may choose Privacy Setting of "Private" or "Friends" for the funeral notice, which when set, will only allow curators in your Friends List, or guests with Passcode provided by you to post tribute.

- To view tributes, click on the Tribute and Memorial link. Here you can view other tributes and have the ability to add new tributes.
- You can add comments to tributes created by other people and you can also rate the relevancy/quality of the tribute. Ratings are from a value of 1-5; 1 being inappropriate, in which case, the Curator will be notified and 5 being excellent.

We believe that by understanding our friends’ family heritage, cultures and history allows us to build a stronger friendship in our community. heavenaddress allow you to stay in touch with family and friends through your Friends List.

To add a friend, click on the Curators tab. From the resulting page, you can search for Curators. You can filter by countries or use the default of All Countries. Once you have found a friend, you can click Add Friend which will send a message to your friend notifying them of your intention to add them as a friend. Once they have accepted your request, you will see them in your Friends list.

Invite other people, such as family and friends to share your treasured memories with you. We have made it easy for you to invite others by sending them invitation emails. After your invitees have accepted your invitation, they can be added to your friends list. By being friends, it is easier to communicate and share privileged information only viewable by friends.
